Capital Coating, Inc, a commercial roofing, painting and flooring business, is seeking to fill a role in our office for accounting and administrative coordinator. The preferred individual will support Management, Sales and Operations teams in a wide variety of areas but will also work in the front office helping those coming into the office as well as answering phones. You are the face of the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Helping to oversee business office and its team
- Using Foundations, will be able to ensure month end closings, financial reports printed and work with company President on company reports
- Work with Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft tools for company requirements
- Able to create forms and documents
- Answering phones and working with individual schedules and appointments
- Will assist the sales team with the company CRM (Salesforce) with reporting and entry of information
- Oversee and perform accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Assistance with needs of people in the company for a variety of things
- Work with jobs needs such as purchasing, ensuring project books are together and ensuring paperwork is taken care of after jobs are complete
- Assists President and CEO on confidential matters so ability to be discreet is very important
Key Abilities
- High School Degree or Greater
- 5 or more years with Quickbooks and bookkeeping in small office setting
- Construction Industry Experience preferred
- Ability to read and review contracts and other documents
- Good reading and writing ability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams preferred.
- Some experience with a CRM (Salesforce is used) preferred but not required.
- Good People skills is critical. Must be flexible and enjoys working with people in general.
- Office environment can be busy at times so must be ok in situations with people around and quick needs.
- Ability answer phones with good communications skills and has a welcoming attitude for people coming into the office for various needs
Hours are Monday through Friday so generally no weekends.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
