Capital 360, Inc. is a commercial building coatings company helping our clients protect their structural assets. Our clients are located in the PA/NJ/MD/DE markets and consist of both small and large business facilities, food plants, medical facilities, schools and more.
We are seeking an experienced business to business sales rep for our commercial flooring department (over concrete) who is used to consultative selling on jobs that could be $20,000 to Half a Million dollars. The preferred person knows how to follow a sales process from lead through close. We do not do bid business so your job is to create opportunities and follow up with leads, develop relationships with companies, help them fix their commercial building problem and grow ongoing accounts.
Very important is we are consultative... we solve customer roof, floor and building problems. We don't sell a product like a transactional or solutions sales person. The sales process is 2 months to 2 years and can be large ticket. We sell to corporations, schools, government and large business so you should be comfortable in this environment selling.
This is a guaranteed competitive salary plus commission position earning commissions immediately
