What You’ll Do

• Provide Licensed Massage Therapy assessments, treatments, and ongoing evaluations for hospice patients under an approved Plan of Care
• Develop and update individualized massage therapy care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate care plans, progress, and changes with physicians, Clinical Team Leads, caregivers, and hospice staff
• Notify the office promptly of schedule changes or physician order updates
• Deliver exceptional service to patients, families, referral sources, and colleagues, supporting a consistently high standard of care
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Massage Therapy program
• Current, active Licensed Massage Therapist license/registration
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Hospice experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with insured, reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay organized
