What Youll Do
- Provide Licensed Massage Therapy assessments, treatments, and ongoing evaluations for hospice patients under an approved Plan of Care
- Develop and update individualized massage therapy care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and submit documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate care plans, progress, and changes with physicians, Clinical Team Leads, caregivers, and hospice staff
- Notify the office promptly of schedule changes or physician order updates
- Deliver exceptional service to patients, families, referral sources, and colleagues, supporting a consistently high standard of care
What Were Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Massage Therapy program
- Current, active Licensed Massage Therapist license/registration
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Hospice experience preferred
- Valid drivers license with insured, reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay organized
