Job Overview:
In the Mortgage Closing Consultant role, you would serve as a trusted advisor, consulting our clients through the homebuying process. Your responsibilities would include analyzing loan applications and supporting documents to ensure they meet our underwriting standards, as well as guiding clients through the final stretch of the mortgage process. You’d work collaboratively with our loan consultants, underwriters, real estate agents, and insurance advisors to ensure an accurate, efficient, and smooth closing experience.
We will provide you with a strong foundation and comprehensive training program to help you build a successful career in consumer finance. You will learn the fundamentals of consumer lending and become a subject matter expert, gain licensing, and develop a personalized career progression plan.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset, with a strong drive for professional development.
- Ability to obtain NMLS license. We will sponsor it!
