Job Overview:
The Mortgage Closing Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to clients during one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. In this role, you will guide clients through the final phase of the homebuying process with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
Responsibilities include analyzing loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure adherence to underwriting standards, mitigating risk, and facilitating a seamless closing experience. You will collaborate closely with loan consultants, underwriters, real estate professionals, and insurance advisors to deliver an efficient, compliant, and client-centered outcome.
This position requires a high degree of analytical rigor, sound judgment, and exceptional communication, combined with a commitment to service excellence.
