Capital Cardiology Associates, a trusted authority in cardiovascular health across the Capital Region, is actively seeking a part-time Payor Enrollment Assistant (16 hours/week) to join our Billing team in the Albany office.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Primary liaison between Billing Team and payor enrollment processing company
- Reviews provider insurance applications for accuracy
- Maintains internal spreadsheet of provider insurance application status
- Communicates payor enrollment/insurance plan approvals to billing and administration as needed
- Maintains CCA provider health plan files and ensures that CAQH disclosure forms are handled appropriately
- Keep abreast of provider departures and site closures for dis-enrollment activities
- Facilitates any provider signatures needed related to insurance plan applications, etc.
- Minimum two years healthcare billing/PE experience preferred
- Experience with medical software and terminology is a plus
- Spreadsheet skills are essential
- $21.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience.
