What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote support, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Support Windows and/or Mac operating systems across multiple locations
- Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
- Help implement security measures and educate users on technology best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities
- Create and update internal IT process documentation as needed
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role preferred
- Experience supporting Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions efficiently
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems preferred
- Knowledge of IT security practices and basic networking concepts
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, or similar are a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
