We are looking for a Workday Consultant who has expertise in workday Talent management and Planning, have hand on workday core HCM. Workday Consultant will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and maintenance of Workday instance.
Primary skills:
Experience with Workday HCM system.
Workday Talent Optimization consultant with 3-5 years of experience.
Workday Talent Optimization and Succession Planning Certified is preferred.
Demonstrable experience using the Workday Implementation Methodology on implementation and phase x projects.
Secondary skills:
Expertise in Workday talent management and optimization.
Engaging talent in their career and developmental needs, configuration of talent management features and tools to include talent management pools and succession plans.
Selecting key competencies and skills necessary for business continuity;
Focusing development of individuals to meet future business needs.
Ability to multi-task effectively
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
Lead and participate in system testing activities such as data validation, regression testing, and end-user acceptance testing.
Develop training materials and lead user training sessions on new Workday functionality.
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills required.
Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements to improve system efficiency.
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are delivered successfully.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, system configuration, and test plans.
Workday Consultants need skills in Communication, Time Management, Organization, Problem Solving, and Technology.
Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes and systems implications.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.15/hour - $73.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
