The Wave Activation Lead is responsible for designing and executing the wave-based activation strategy for Group Dental Vision migrations at Ameritas
This role determines which Plan Sponsors Groups migrate in each wave performs holistic impact analysis across claims enrollment producer's commissions providers operations customer communications portals member registration login and servicing and defines the optimal wave volumes using a capacity and performance model

Required Qualifications:
10 years in Group Health Dental Vision operations or technology with end-to-end migration activation leadership
Deep knowledge of EDI transactions relevant to group benefits 834 enrollment 820 premium payment 837D dental claims 837P vision professional 270271 eligibility benefits 276277 claim status
Proven delivery of wave based migrations for group insurance or payer platforms legacy target core admin claims systems
Expertise in claims adjudication eligibility billing producer commission hierarchies provider credentialing contracting and member digital experiences
Demonstrated ability to build capacity performance models and set safe wave volumes

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $28.89/hour - $45.15/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
