We are seeking a skilled and versatile QA Engineer with a balanced expertise in both UI test automation and manual functional testing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality software through hands-on development and in-sprint validation.
Your role
- Automation Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Sentinel Framework, WebDriver IO, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and coverage of new features.
- Functional Testing:
- Perform in-sprint manual testing to validate new features and bug fixes within Agile cycles.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to align testing efforts with development goals.
- Document test cases, defects, and test results clearly and concisely.
- Support fast-paced delivery by balancing automation and manual validation to ensure robust quality assurance.
- Contribute to test strategy, process improvements, and best practices across the QA team.
- Proven experience with Sentinel Framework, WebDriver IO, and JavaScript/TypeScript for UI automation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and in-sprint testing practices.
- Ability to switch between automation and manual testing based on project needs.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
