About The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery with a primary focus on hiring Program Management Office (PMO) talent in the Dallas market.
This is a high-impact, market-facing role where you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from talent mapping and pipeline build to offer close—while acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders. While PMO hiring will be a core focus, you will also support additional priority roles aligned to our local strategic growth plan, contributing to the broader expansion of our Dallas hub.

Your Impact
In This Role, You Will
- Own full-cycle recruitment for PMO and other priority roles in Dallas, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across the local market, leveraging talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and proactive pipeline development
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to shape hiring plans, define candidate profiles, and drive hiring decisions
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring strong engagement, clear communication, and efficient process management
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Leverage data and insights to track pipeline health, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across recruiting processes, tools, and market engagement strategies
- Strengthen Capgemini Invent’s brand in Dallas, building relationships with local PMO talent communities and broader consulting talent pools
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a corporate or consulting environment
- Strong track record hiring PMO / program / project management talent, ideally within consulting or professional services
- Experience supporting multiple skill areas or business lines in a dynamic hiring environment
- Understanding of the Dallas talent market, with the ability to build local pipelines and networks
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted talent advisor
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment metrics to drive decisions
- Strong communication skills with a focus on candidate experience and stakeholder alignment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset
