Your Role
- Lead and manage a portfolio of PLM projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and business team members to define project objectives and requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, achievements, and prioritization.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide leadership and direction to multi-functional teams, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Maintain consistent communication with collaborators, offering regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and align with industry regulations and standard processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve PLM efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience of at least 15 years in program management with a focus on PLM projects.
- Experience in an engineering consultancy or Aircraft OEM environment is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia.
- Experience with PLM-ERP integration (ex SAP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Knowledge of PLM data migration, integration, and data management processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Export Control/ITAR Compliance: Ensure all project activities align with applicable export control laws and ITAR regulations.
- Security Clearance: Ability to acquire and maintain a security clearance as required.
