This role ensures improved service performance, governance, quality, efficiency, and continual improvement across all IT service management functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end assessment, design, and transformation of SIAM processes.
- Develop and implement supplier optimization strategies to improve service integration and delivery.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline service operations and reporting.
- Drive improvements in service governance, performance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment with the SIAM operating model.
- Oversee transition and onboarding of new services within the SIAM framework.
- Implement and maintain continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Deliver robust service reporting, including performance, incidents, and problem management metrics.
- Ensure accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and service catalogs.
- Support risk management and business continuity planning activities.

- SIAM Service Onboarding
- 8 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Proven experience in process design, transformation, and governance within complex multi-supplier environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 or equivalent service management frameworks.
- Experience with supplier management, service onboarding, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SIAM Foundation or Practitioner certification preferred.
- ITIL certification (Intermediate or Expert) is an asset.
