Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end JDE EnterpriseOne implementations and upgrades.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure JDE modules including (but not limited to) Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, and HR/Payroll.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test customizations, reports, and interfaces.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Develop functional documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Strong functional knowledge in at least 2–3 core modules (e.g., Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing).
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
- Excellent understanding of JDE data structures, workflows, and integration points.
- Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with developers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with tools like One View Reporting, BI Publisher, or Orchestrator is a plus.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Oracle JDE certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
