We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow FSM Developer to design, develop, and implement Field Service Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FSM modules, workflow automation, integration, and customization aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop ServiceNow FSM solutions including:
Work Order Management
Scheduling & Dispatch
Agent/Dispatcher Workspace
Mobile Agent (Field Service Mobile App)
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
Customize FSM modules such as:
Service Territories
Capacity & Scheduling
Work Order Tasks
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Support mobile configuration and offline capabilities for field agents.
Collaborate with architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform and FSM-related issues.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-safe development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM module.
Strong experience with:
JavaScript
Glide APIs
Flow Designer
Script Includes
Experience with ServiceNow platform components:
Incident, CMDB, Asset (preferred)
Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
FSM-specific certification (preferred)
Experience with Now Mobile / Field Service Mobile App
Exposure to Performance Analytics & Reporting
Experience with NowAssist implemenatation
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced implementation environment
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.06/hour - $56.34/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
