Your role
- Lead end-to-end testing and automation activities.
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
- Manage creation and execution of test cases, test scenarios, and automation scripts.Drive defect reporting, triage, and resolution activities.
- Provide project documentation and status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and executive updates).
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Own overall testing quality, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience in Software Engineering with a focus on QA Testing.Strong experience testing Retail and Restaurant systems, including Oracle POS solutions.
- Proven leadership experience managing large QA/testing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Web, Mobile, and API testing and automation.
- Knowledge of Java and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, ANT, Charles/Fiddler, JIRA, and QMetry.Strong understanding of Agile development and CI/CD practices.
