Lead SAP Manufacturing solutions and business transformation initiatives across **Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Batch Management, and Purchasing/Materials Management (MM)**. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to optimize business processes, drive SAP S/4HANA adoption, and deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive SAP Manufacturing solutions covering PP, QM, Batch Management, and MM Purchasing processes.
Lead process design, implementation, enhancement, and support for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Manage MRP, Production Planning, Production Orders, BOM, Routings, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor execution.
Drive Quality Management processes including inspections, quality notifications, compliance, and product traceability.
Oversee Batch Management including batch determination, classification, genealogy, and traceability.
Lead Purchasing and Inventory Management processes including procurement, sourcing, purchase orders, goods movement, and inventory optimization.
Ensure seamless integration across SAP PP, QM, MM, EWM, SD, FI/CO, and other manufacturing systems.
Partner with business leaders to identify process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement programs.
Manage stakeholders, implementation partners, and SAP functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or related field.
12 years of SAP consulting/industry experience with strong expertise in SAP PP.
Hands-on experience in SAP QM, Batch Management, and MM Purchasing.
Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality processes, and procurement functions.
Experience leading global or large-scale SAP programs and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing expertise.
Knowledge of EWM, PM, MES integrations.
PMP, SAP Certification, Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
