Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support manufacturing operations, business intelligence, and operational decision-making.
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective SSRS reporting solutions.
Optimize SSRS report performance, data retrieval, and report execution times.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)**, including report development, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
Strong experience creating tabular, matrix, parameter-driven, drill-through, and subscription-based reports.
Experience developing reports using complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets.
Ability to optimize report performance and manage report security within SSRS environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Enhanced):
Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and other reporting/analytics platforms.
Experience developing manufacturing and operational reports, KPIs, production dashboards, inventory reports, quality metrics, and executive reporting solutions.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
Key Competencies (Add):
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to transform complex business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
Ability to balance application development, database development, and enterprise reporting responsibilities.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
