Job Title: BI/Analytics Developer

Job Summary:

Capgemini is seeking a Business Intelligence/Analytics Developer with strong hands-on experience in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and other BI tools. The ideal candidate will be local to Nashville, TN, and possess a strong background in data modeling, visualization, and cloud data platforms.

Your Role

• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and other BI tools.
• Gather and define complex business and technical requirements.
• Perform data analysis, exploration, and statistical analysis using SQL.
• Design and implement efficient data models and semantic layers.
• Build and deploy data products for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ensure data security, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Collaborate in Agile environments using tools like Jira and GitHub.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; provide user support.

Required Skills:

• 7–9 years of hands-on BI development experience.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, and SQL Server.
• Strong visual analytics and dashboard development skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be local to Nashville, TN.
• Experience with legacy BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, OBIEE, BusinessObjects).
• Data engineering and ETL pipeline development.
• BI/Analytics governance and performance optimization.
• Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst – PL-300).
• Familiarity with AI features like Power BI Copilot and Google Gemini.
• Python programming skills.
