We're hiring a Segment CDP Platform Consultant Architect to own the design governance and day to day operations of our Twilio Segment stack You will define the data model and identity strategy Profiles Unify implement maintain event schemas Connections Protocols author production grade audiences Engage configure sources destinations and ensure compliant reliable platform operations
Responsibilities:
Architecture Data Model:
Design and maintain the CDP canonical data model
Define identity resolution strategy in Profiles Unify
Establish event naming conventions property dictionaries PII consent standards
Platform Build Run:
Configure and govern data sources and destinations
Implement and monitor Protocols tracking plans schema validation blocking
Build and optimize Engage audiences and traits
Own incident response DQ SLAs monitoring and platform cost management
Compliance Privacy Security:
Operationalize consent and data minimization
Implement role-based access and audit ready guardrails
Collaboration Enablement:
Partner with engineering on instrumentation
Produce docs runbooks and enablement
Minimum Qualifications:
10 years MarTech CDP 3 years hands-on Twilio Segment
Strong data modeling JSON SQL REST
Experience configuring destinations and server-side patterns
Proven DQ monitoring cost optimization
Understanding of consent privacy by design
Preferred Qualifications:
Warehouse native patterns and Reverse ETL
Experience with CMPs and privacy tooling
Familiarity with activation tools
CICD for tracking plans
Regulated industry experience
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
