Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) - Statutory Reporting and E-Invoicing.
Optimize ERP processes for efficiency and compliance.
Ensure integration with country-specific e-invoicing platforms.
E-Invoicing Solutions Architecture
Design and implement end-to-end e-invoicing workflows within SAP.
Ensure seamless integration and adherence to technical and regulatory standards.
Provide technical guidance to project teams.
Project Management & Consultation
Lead SAP DRC implementation projects or act as a consultant.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Advise stakeholders on compliance best practices and solution optimization.
Work closely with internal teams to address compliance and solution requirements globally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience with at least 3 years implementation of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (on-premise and cloud).
Proven experience with at least 10 years in SAP record-to-report or Source to Pay
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP configuration and customization.
Familiarity with Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR) and Indirect Tax processes.
Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding and hands on experience around statutory reporting, e-invoicing mandates, and localization requirements (EU, LATAM, JAPAC, etc.).
Regulatory Requirement Management
Stay updated on global and local compliance mandates for document reporting and e-invoicing.
Translate customer and legal requirements into SAP system configurations and development strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
Preferred:
Project management experience.
Hands-on experience with global compliance frameworks.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $57.79/hour - $90.29/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
