We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba SSC (Shared Services Center) Lead to oversee the implementation, integration, and operational support of SAP Ariba solutions within a shared services environment. This role will be responsible for driving process standardization, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and leading a team to deliver efficient and scalable procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, deployment, and support of SAP Ariba solutions across the SSC.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to align procurement processes and system configurations.
- Manage day-to-day operations, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders and suppliers to optimize Ariba functionality.
- Provide leadership and guidance to SSC team members and support training efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Buying, Invoicing or Supplier Lifecycle).
- Strong understanding of shared services operations and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and global implementations.
- SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55.48/hour - $86.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
