Your role

• Responsible for designing the technology solution, overseeing development and implementation of the solution, and providing technical leadership and support to the delivery team for end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Loyalty Management implementations.
• Technical Knowledge of Digital Marketing Applications, infrastructure and development of IT and Cloud.
• Understanding of Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation from a technology perspective.
• Logical Architecture Development and rapid prototyping.
• Technical Project Management.
• Analyzing client’s technology problems, implications, and needs.
• Analyzing application and infrastructure environment.
• Setting the collaboration framework.
• Creating technology solution overviews / prototypes.
• Leading technology selection.
• Overseeing technology solution development and testing.
• Design data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks for loyalty programs.

Your skills and experience

• At least 15 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Loyalty Management.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Understanding engineering and software architecture design.
• Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Deep technical problem-solving skills.
• Project and resource management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to influence and negotiate.
• Technical Project management skills with an understanding of DevOps concepts.
• Understanding engineering and software architecture design.
• Sales, Service, B2B Commerce, OMS, and Loyalty cloud
• Nice to Have: Loyalty Management Accredited Professional Certification, Salesforce B2B and OMS Certification, Salesforce Application Architect
