Support deployment of new computers
Provide centralized phone support from Appliance Park
Printer setup and configuration
Validate VPN functionality
Transfer and validate user data
Support Wi-Fi access points and wireless devices
Track support provided
Windows 10 and Core Image support
End-user training
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Dell and Lenovo certified (Forum/SDS roles)
Dell and IBM certified or comparable experience (Sales Counter role)
A certified or comparable experience
Minimum three (3) years deskside support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows XP/7/10 environments
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 (Sales Counter role)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Proactive troubleshooting mindset
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $16.64/hour - $26.00/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
