Job Description:
- Support deployment of new computers
- Provide centralized phone support from Appliance Park
- Printer setup and configuration
- Validate VPN functionality
- Transfer and validate user data
- Support Wi-Fi access points and wireless devices
- Track support provided
- Windows 10 and Core Image support
- End-user training
- Other duties as assigned
- Dell and Lenovo certified (Forum/SDS roles)
- Dell and IBM certified or comparable experience (Sales Counter role)
- A certified or comparable experience
- Minimum three (3) years deskside support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows XP/7/10 environments
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 (Sales Counter role)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proactive troubleshooting mindset.
