The Risk Management Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise risk management (ERM) processes and solutions. This role works closely with business stakeholders to identify risks, assess impacts, define mitigation strategies, and configure risk frameworks within ERP/GRC platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow GRC, etc.).
The consultant bridges business risk requirements with technology solutions to improve governance, compliance, and overall business resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management & Governance:
Develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and policies.
Facilitate risk identification, assessment, scoring, and mitigation planning across business units.
Support compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO 31000, COSO, GDPR, and industry-specific standards.
Conduct regular risk reviews, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Functional Consulting & Solution Design:
Translate business risk requirements into functional specifications.
Configure and optimize risk modules in platforms such as:
Oracle Risk Management Cloud
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical & Functional Skills:
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, internal controls, and audit processes.
Hands-on experience with GRC/Risk platform: Oracle RMC
Understanding of risk scoring methodologies, KPIs/KRIs, and compliance workflows.
Ability to create process maps, risk registers, and control matrices.
Business Skills:
Excellent understanding of Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or IT processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience in working with cross-functional and global teams.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
