QA Automation Tester (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

We are looking for a QA Automation Tester to validate the functionality, usability, and reliability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. In this role, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality deliverables through a combination of manual and automated testing.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain functional test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management and defect‑tracking tools
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Participate in test planning, test strategy, and risk analysis activities
• Support and contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle

🎯 Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in QA testing, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with testing and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Power Automate, or similar frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $70000 to $93767

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
