This is a fixed-term position for a duration of five (5) months. The Project Manager must be available during Pacific Standard/Daylight Time (PST/PDT) business hours. The Project Manager will lead or co-lead the implementation of RV Tech's strategic sourcing tool, partnering with internal stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure the tool is configured, adopted, and operational within the project timeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Define, document, and validate business process requirements for the sourcing tool in collaboration with the Procurement team and key stakeholders.
• Gather and consolidate requirements across all user groups (Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Business Units).
• Develop and maintain the project plan, milestone tracker, RAID log, and status reporting cadence.
• Serve as the primary liaison between RV Tech and the tool vendor or implementation partner.
• Coordinate system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate blockers as needed.
• Support change management activities including stakeholder communications and training coordination.
• Document standard operating procedures and user guides for the new sourcing tool.
• Ensure the tool is ready for go-live and that post-implementation support plans are in place before engagement concludes.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $49.83/hour - $77.86/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
