Knowledge on Windows Client Operating Systems
Configuration of workstation ethernet and wireless connectivity for DNS, IPv4 and DHCP
Knowledge of Intune
Document issues and resolutions in the company ticketing system
Desktop/Laptop build and support
Deployment of new systems and administration of system deployment software
Knowledge of hardware and OS boot process
Understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP
Good troubleshooting skills, wirless knowledge.
Understanding of iOS and Andriod devices.
Following up with the vendor for hardware related issues
Good idea about power point and excel for reporting.
Need to coordinate with store managers over Teams.
Write and update SOPs.
Good to have skills:
Excellent communication skills, Flexible working in EST and PST timings.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $16.18/hour - $25.28/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
