Program Manager (Process Improvement)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Process Improvement Lean Practices to lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives The role focuses on driving operational excellence cost optimization quality improvement and delivery efficiency through Lean Six Sigma and process transformation practices across multiple programs and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process improvement programs across delivery operations and support functions

• Identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and waste using Lean methodologies VSM Kaizen DMAIC

• Define standardize and optimize end-to-end processes across multiple teams and geographies

• Drive continuous improvement roadmaps aligned to business goals cost quality productivity SLA

• Facilitate process workshops value stream mapping sessions and root cause analysis

• Establish and track KPIs metrics and benefits realization for improvement initiatives

• Partner with delivery leaders PMs operations finance and clients to implement change at scale

• Govern improvement initiatives as programs with clear milestones risks dependencies and reporting

• Lead change management stakeholder communication and adoption tracking

• Embed a Lean culture through coaching training and best practice sharing

• Support audits compliance and maturity assessments CMMI ISO internal quality frameworks
  

Required Skills Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of overall experience with 5 years in process improvement or transformation roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement frameworks

• Proven experience managing large programs or portfolios across multiple teams

• Strong understanding of service delivery operations and managed services environments

• Experience driving measurable outcomes cost savings productivity gains quality improvement

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive level communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $35.25/hour - $55.08/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
