Location – Newark NJ (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)

About The Role
- Power BI Lead with expertise in Microsoft Fabric to drive modern data analytics and BI initiatives.
- This role will lead the design development and delivery of scalable analytics solutions leveraging Fabrics unified data platform to enable data driven decision making across the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of Power BI solutions including data ingestion modeling visualization and governance
- Design and develop optimized Power BI datasets reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements
- Establish best practices for data modeling star schema DAX optimization and performance tuning
- Drive data governance security and compliance using Fabric and Power BI capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions
- Ensure integration of Power BI with broader Microsoft ecosystem Azure Synapse Fabric pipelines etc
- Provide executive level insights and storytelling through data visualization
Required Skills
- 8-12 years in Data Analytics with strong experience in Power BI leadership roles
- Hands on expertise in Power BI Data modeling DAX report design performance tuning
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns medallion architecture lake house ETL/ELT
- Experience with Azure Data Services Azure Data Factory Synapse ADLS etc
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools
- Experience implementing data governance security and row level security RLS in Power BI Fabric
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise scale Fabric implementations
- Knowledge of data engineering and data science workloads within Fabric
- Microsoft certifications eg PL300 DP600 Fabric certifications
- Experience with Agile delivery models

Salary Transparency

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $103330 to $128656 /yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
