What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Test Lead position at capgemini?
Define and own Performance Testing Strategy aligned to SIT2 and UAT timelines
Identify and design load, stress, and volume test scenarios across key business processes (O2C, PTP, Manufacturing, EWM)
Lead NeoLoad scripting, execution, and analysis activities
Integrate performance test cycles with SAP Cloud ALM for tracking and reporting
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify performance bottlenecks (RICEFW, integrations, DB)
Plan and execute performance test cycles in shared QA environment (off-peak windows)
Work closely with Basis and infrastructure teams for system monitoring and tuning
Provide executive-level performance reports and Go/No-Go recommendations
Guide and manage offshore performance testing resources (2-3 members)
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (mandatory)
Experience in SAP S/4HANA performance testing
Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM (test management & reporting)
Exposure to Tricentis ecosystem (Tosca / integration)
Experience in manufacturing domain (preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Load / stress / volume testing
Performance bottleneck analysis
Integration-heavy environments
Experience working in onsite-offshore model
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.30/hour - $70.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
