Onshore Senior Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer

• We are seeking experienced Guidewire BillingCenter GWBC Configuration Developers to support a critical Payments and Payroll Deduct stabilization initiative The team will focus on resolving payment processing defects money application inconsistencies reconciliation issues transaction posting errors and Payroll Deduct functionality impacting production operations

• The ideal candidates will possess strong Guidewire BillingCenter configuration experience advanced Gosu development skills and a deep understanding of payment processing workflows within GWBC
  
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve complex payment and money application defects within Guidewire BillingCenter

• Design develop configure and enhance BillingCenter solutions using Gosu

• Troubleshoot payment allocation unapplied cash suspense account reconciliation and transaction posting issues

• Investigate root causes of inconsistent payment processing behavior and implement sustainable solutions

• Support and enhance Direct Bill Agency Bill Payroll Deduct and payment related business processes

• Develop and support integrations between BillingCenter and external payment systems

• Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for system stabilization

• Create technical specifications and support production issue triage activities

• Collaborate with architects business analysts testers and business stakeholders to drive issue resolution

• Support defect remediation production deployments and stabilization activities
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Guidewire Experience

• 10 years of Guidewire BillingCenter development experience

• Experience supporting production payment related issues and BillingCenter implementations
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Expert level Gosu development skills

• Strong experience with Guidewire configuration including PCF configuration rules typelists data model extensions batch processes work queues plugins messaging and integrations

• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills

• Experience debugging complex transaction and payment processing issues

• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.27/hour - $81.67/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
