We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Mobile Solutions Architect to define the technical strategy and architecture for our native Android and iOS applications. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building scalable, high-performance, and resilient mobile solutions while driving engineering excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and own the technical roadmap for native mobile applications. Design scalable and resilient architectures capable of supporting millions of users.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for iOS and Android platforms—establishing design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
- Generative AI (GenAI): Lead the integration of GenAI solutions to enhance business capabilities (e.g., personalized recommendations, AI chatbots) and streamline engineering workflows (e.g., code generation, test automation).
- DevOps & SRE: Champion modern DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices. Architect CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Quality & Automation: Strengthen test automation frameworks and promote a culture of quality, ensuring fast feedback and robust coverage across platforms.
- Code Standards: Define and uphold coding standards, architecture principles, and review processes for consistency and maintainability.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, business, and engineering leaders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineers, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve complex technical issues related to scalability, performance, and production stability.
- Experience: 12 years in software development, including 5 years in mobile architecture or technical leadership.
- Mobile Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with native Android and iOS development.
- Scalability: Proven success architecting enterprise-scale mobile applications supporting millions of users.
- GenAI Proficiency: Applied experience implementing Generative AI in both product features and SDLC optimization.
- SRE & DevOps: Strong knowledge of SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and modern CI/CD and observability tools.
- Automation: Extensive background in test automation (unit, integration, UI).
- Architecture & Cloud: Expertise in modern mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI) and backend integration with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent communicator and strategic thinker with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical direction.
