As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect, you will be a strategic leader responsible for defining, designing, and overseeing the implementation of complex, enterprise-level technology solutions that address critical business challenges for our clients.
You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology, translating high-level business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure architectural blueprints.
This role requires exceptional leadership, deep technical acumen across multiple domains, strong client advisory skills, and the ability to drive innovation and transformation programs.
You will lead architectural practices, mentor teams, and significantly contribute to thought leadership and business development efforts.
Define and articulate the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale client engagements, aligning technology solutions with overarching business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead the development of enterprise architecture strategies, reference architectures, and architectural patterns that promote scalability, resilience, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Advise C-level executives and senior stakeholders on technology trends, strategic choices, and the impact of architectural decisions on their business.
Lead the design and architectural oversight of complex, multi-faceted solutions encompassing various technology domains (e.g., cloud platforms, enterprise applications, data & analytics, integration, security).
Ensure that proposed solutions are technically sound, meet functional and non-functional requirements, adhere to industry best practices, and comply with regulatory standards.
Drive the selection of appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendors, conducting thorough assessments and proof-of-concepts where necessary.
Oversee the entire solution lifecycle from conceptualization through implementation, ensuring architectural integrity and successful delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying their business needs, challenges, and opportunities for technology-driven improvement.
Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with client executives and key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and architectural strategies.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions with diverse client and internal teams to gather requirements, resolve architectural conflicts, and gain consensus on solution approaches.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes (e.g., AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing, Blockchain) and assess their potential impact and applicability for clients.
Drive innovation within client's and for clients by identifying new opportunities, developing accelerators, and contributing to intellectual property.
Represent company as a subject matter expert at industry events, conferences, and through publications.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.24/hour - $81.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
