Quality Assurance QA Guidewire PolicyCenter

• We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance QA experience to support a Property Casualty Insurance client The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in PC Insurance strong hands-on experience with Insurance Personal AutoCommercial Guidewire PolicyCenter and a proven track record in testing production support and stakeholder management

• This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders leadership teams offshore development teams BSA DEV QA teams and support teams to ensure successful delivery of business solutions and ongoing production support

  
  

Key Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Property Casualty PC Insurance

• Extensive handson experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter

• Strong Functional and Quality Assurance experience

Experience with:

• Requirements analysis to prepare test cases and scenarios

• Backlog management and prioritization

• Production support

• Solution delivery

• User Acceptance Testing UAT

• System Integration Testing SIT

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to communicate business requirements project status risks and delivery updates effectively

• Strong relationship building skills with business users and leadership

• Experience collaborating with offshore development QA and support teams

• Must be able to work from the Jacksonville client office
  
  

Qualifications Experience:

• Bachelors Degree required and/or MBA preferred

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA on technology driven projects

• Broad and deep understanding of the Property Casualty Insurance industry

• Experience working independently as well as within cross functional teams

• Prior software engineering or development experience is a plus

• Experience integrating and configuring packaged solutions is preferred

• Insurance certifications are a plus

• Experience in production support environments

• Experience with Guidewire implementations enhancements and support projects preferred
  
  

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Testing:

• Review requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases

• Support System Integration Testing SIT User Acceptance Testing UAT and regression testing activities

• Analyze document BRDs use cases process flows and other modelingdocumentation techniques

• Assess the impact of changing business requirements on project scope and delivery

• Work with business stakeholders to rationalize and prioritize tasks

• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements

• Identify document and track defects through resolution

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality deliverables
  

Stakeholder Delivery Management:

• Partner with business users leadership and project teams to ensure successful delivery

• Facilitate meetings and workshops between IT and business stakeholders

• Communicate project status risks issues and dependencies proactively

• Support backlog grooming prioritization and release planning activities

• Collaborate closely with offshore development QA and support teams
  

Production Support:

• Provide production support and incident status

• Coordinate defect triage and resolution activities

• Assist in replicating issues and implementation of corrective actions

• Support postproduction validation and stabilization activities

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.92/hour - $68.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
