Gen AI Developer (CCAI & GDF) (contract)

We are seeking a Gen AI Developer (CCAI & GDF) to design, develop, and maintain backend services with a strong emphasis on Node.js and advanced AI integrations. This role requires hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly Cloud Run, Contact Center AI (CCAI) platform, and GDF (Google Developer Framework) for full-stack engineering. You will work on integrating AI Applications (formerly Agent Builder Applications) and programmatic access to Gemini 2.0 via the Discovery Engine API, ensuring optimized, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js (mandatory).
• Implement and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on Cloud Run Services.
• Integrate with CCAI (Contact Center AI) for intelligent conversational solutions.
• Utilize AI Applications (formerly Agent Builder Applications) to create and enhance AI-driven functionality.
• Programmatically connect to Gemini 2.0 using the Discovery Engine API for advanced AI capabilities.
• Leverage GDF best practices for scalable, maintainable full-stack engineering solutions.
• Optimize backend performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $44.85/hour - $70.07/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
