At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $99712 - $168716/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. Job Description
- 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proven experience in marketing and capital markets domains, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including Salesforce Einstein, and other Salesforce Cloud solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture and deployment strategies, particularly AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with AWS AI and ML services, including Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Rekognition, and Amazon Comprehend.
- Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
