Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in React and modern web technologies to lead architecture and development for enterprise-scale digital platforms. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
Required Skills
- 10 years in full stack development, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with AEM integration and modern web frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Prior experience in insurance or regulated industries preferred.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex projects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target).
- Exposure to Angular as a secondary skill.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Define and lead front-end architecture for React-based applications.
- Design scalable, modular, and reusable component libraries.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and AEM architects for cohesive solutions.
Hands-On Development
- Build and maintain front-end components using React, JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, CSS3.
- Integrate front-end code with backend APIs and AEM components.
- Use tools like Storybook for UI component development and testing.
Backend & Integration
- Work with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js for backend services.
- Ensure seamless integration with APIs and cloud services.
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Manage dependencies and ensure security and stability.
Leadership
- Mentor teams, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders.
