We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide architecture strategy across business application data and technology domains
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center Billing Center Claim Center or Majesco Policy Billing Claims Digital1st platforms within the insurance industry
This role will guide modernization digital transformation cloud adoption and ensure alignment of technology solutions with strategic business goals
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture Leadership:
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap covering application data integration security and technology domains
Drive modernization and transformation initiatives in alignment with business vision and strategic priorities
Define and enforce architectural standards guidelines reference architectures and best practices across the enterprise
Provide executive level insights and recommendations for technology investments
Guidewire or Majesco Expertise Preferred:
Provide architectural oversight for Guidewire or Majesco implementation integration upgrade or cloud migration projects
Assess the capabilities extensions data models and integration frameworks of the platform
Partner with product vendors SI partners and internal teams to ensure solution alignment and performance
Guide cross functional teams in adopting platform best practices plugins APIs and ecosystem integrations
Solution Integration Architecture:
Oversee solution designs across enterprise systems and ensure alignment with strategic architecture
Define integration strategies API led microservices event driven streaming MQ Kafka etc
Ensure scalable secure and future ready design patterns for integrations between core insurance platforms and CRM billing payment claims portals and data platforms
Cloud Technology Strategy:
Lead cloud architecture strategy on AWS Azure or GCP including landing zones security data architecture and migration frameworks
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption when aligned with business value
Influence DevOps practices CICD containerization IaC and automation
Governance Compliance:
Lead architecture governance board reviews ensuring compliance with enterprise standards
Maintain architecture documentation blueprints capability maps and system landscapes
Support regulatory compliance related to security privacy and data protection
Collaboration Leadership:
Work closely with business stakeholders product managers and technical teams to translate business capabilities into architectural solutions
Provide coaching and mentorship to solution architects developers and engineering teams
Communicate architectural concepts and roadmaps to executive and nontechnical audiences
Required Skills Qualifications:
10 years of experience in enterprise architecture solution architecture or technical leadership roles
Strong insurance industry experiencepreferably PC Property Casualty
Handson experience with Guidewire Cloud or OnPrem or Majesco platforms
Expertise in:
Enterprise integration and API architecture
Microservices and domaindriven design
Cloud technologies Azure AWS GCP
Data architecture MDM data lakes governance analytics
Security architecture and regulatory compliance
Skilled in architecture frameworks TOGAF Zachman SAFe and modeling tools ArchiMate Sparx EA etc
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading largescale transformations involving Guidewire or Majesco modernization
Familiarity with ACORD standards and insurance data models
Experience with DevOps Kubernetes Docker CICD pipelines
TOGAF or similar architecture certification
Strong background in API Management Azure APIM MuleSoft or Kong
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication influencing and executive presentation skills
Strong strategic thinking analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset
Ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution
Collaborative leader who can work across business and IT landscapes
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
