The Duck Creek Delivery Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery of large complex Duck Creek implementations across Policy Billing Claims and Integrations
This role owns delivery governance client engagement financials and execution excellence while providing strategic direction and technical oversight for PC insurance transformation programs
Minimum 15 years of IT experience with 12 years in Duck creek
Lead end to end delivery of large Duck Creek programs across Policy Billing Claims and Integrations
Own delivery governance including scope schedule budget RAID and release management
Act as the primary executive escalation point for clients and internal leadership
Provide solution oversight for Duck Creek configuration customization upgrades and DCOD deployments
Drive Agile SAFe hybrid delivery models with predictable high-quality outcomes
Manage multi-vendor onshore offshore teams and coordinate Duck Creek Professional Services
Ensure alignment with PC insurance business processes and regulatory requirements
Own delivery financials forecasts change requests and margin management
Lead and mentor Delivery Managers Architects and Technical Leads to build high performing teams
Support account growth and roadmap expansion through trusted client advisory leadership
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $44.29/hour - $69.20/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
