Minimum 8 years of PC insurance and Duck Creek Policy experience to advise stakeholders on solution options risks and trade offs
Lead requirements analysis for Duck Creek Policy implementations covering product setup rating underwriting rules forms and policy transactions
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with Duck Creek Policy capabilities
Act as the functional SME for PC Policy lifecycle including NB Endorsements Renewals Cancellations and Rewrites
Collaborate with Product Owners Architects Developers and QA to ensure accurate solution design and implementation
Drive backlog refinement and story mapping ensuring clarity sizing and readiness for sprint execution
Provide guidance on configuration vs customization within Duck Creek Policy to align with platform best practices
Support UAT planning and execution including test scenario creation defect triage and business sign off
Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new products regulatory changes and system enhancements
Ensure traceability across business requirements user stories test cases and delivered functionality
Review analyze and evaluate user needs to create system solutions that align with business strategies
Document requirements and user stories defining scope while creating system specifications for implementation
Develop functional specifications to describe how the system will behave and what features are needed from a technical perspective
Create workflow diagrams for analyzing and mapping business processes
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $35.46/hour - $55.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
