- Managing Digital Ad Technology: Oversee ad serving platforms like Google Ad Manager & Freewheel.
- Supporting Sales & Ad Operations: Work with Ad Sales, Pricing, Planning, and Strategy teams to maximize revenue.
- Platform Integrations: Collaborate with partners and internal teams to integrate ad products on streaming, TV Everywhere (TVE), and FAST platforms.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, campaign discrepancies, and ad performance improvements.
- Process Documentation & Training: Create guides, train support staff, and ensure best practices in digital ad operations.
- Manage daily operations of the Digital Advertising Technology front-end team.
- Collaborate with Sales and Ad Operations leadership on strategy and execution.
- Drive adtech stack strategy, integrations, and optimizations.
- Work with stakeholders across Ad Sales, Pricing, Planning, and Ad Strategy teams.
- Lead platform integrations with Distribution and business partners.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for active campaigns.
- Ensure support for advanced advertising convergence initiatives.
- Train and mentor support staff.
- 8 years in Digital Ad Tech/Operations.
- Expertise in Freewheel and Google Ad Manager.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
