We are seeking an experienced Data Load Lead to manage and execute data loading activities into SAP MDG and SAP systems from both SAP and non-SAP source systems. The role involves leading end-to-end data migration processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and successful delivery of data loads in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
Manage data migration cycles, mock loads, cutover, and production deployments.
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and compliance with governance standards.
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to define and validate data requirements.
Resolve data load issues and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
10 years of experience in data migration/data load projects, with experience in a lead role.
Strong expertise in SAP MDG, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and data migration methodologies.
Experience loading data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
Knowledge of migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, or equivalent.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $67.03/hour - $104.74/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
