Location – Vienna VA (Day One Onsite, 5 days in a week)

About The Role
The Selected candidate will work with the customer leadership team to formulate execution strategy and enable successful delivery of programs and for overall quality, engagement, and alignment to schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Need to be familiar to Banking business like Capital Market, Retail, Wholesale, Wealth, Asset Management, etc.
- Set up teams with the right level of capability and capacity to execute projects.
- Establish relevant standards of quality and other work for the team.
- Act as a unifier across service lines to provide a seamless interface to the client across our delivery programs.
- Collaborate between several competency centers to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee overall delivery across multiple projects within the engagement(s).
- Manage client relationships; establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client-side peers.
- Influence the client regarding engagement models and envisioned solutions.
- Resolve delivery issues; understand and manage client expectations to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Ensure engagement objectives are continuously aligned with the evolving business direction.
- Leading the shaping and closing of deals within the portfolio, reviewing all deals for Account and MU objectives manage the delivery process

- Exp more than 10 years
- Candidate should have vast exp in Banking domain.
