Overview:
Capgemini’s Financial Services Global Business Unit is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to lead strategic growth and delivery for a marquee account in the banking and capital markets sector. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on transformation, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth
• Drive portfolio growth with a focus on Cloud, Digital, and Transformation solutions.
• Shape and close deals aligned with account and business unit objectives.
• Target annual revenue growth exceeding $20M.
Client Engagement
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
• Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships.
• Influence client decisions on engagement models and solution strategies.
Delivery Oversight
• Lead large-scale programs (e.g., $5M cloud implementations) from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects, aligning with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Collaborate across service lines and competency centers to ensure seamless execution.
Domain Expertise
• Deep understanding of banking domains: Capital Markets, Retail, Wholesale, Wealth, and Asset Management.
• Align engagement objectives with evolving client business needs.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in sales and delivery-led roles within IT consulting or financial services.
• Proven success in managing large portfolios and delivering complex transformation programs.
