Change Manager

We are seeking a Change Manager to oversee enterprise-wide IT change governance across both infrastructure and application environments. This role requires deep knowledge of ITIL-aligned standards, strong process discipline, and the ability to ensure all change activities are executed with precision, minimal risk, and full compliance. You will be responsible for safeguarding operational stability while enabling effective and timely change execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate change requests for completeness, risk assessment, and business impact, ensuring adherence to quality and process expectations.
• Enforce change management policies and procedures, maintaining consistent execution across all change types.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess operational needs and confirm readiness for change implementation.
• Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, including preparation, facilitation, and post-meeting follow-up.
• Participate in rotational on-call coverage for emergency changes and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Identify opportunities to improve change processes, enhance data quality, and streamline workflows for greater efficiency.

Technical Profile:

• 5–10 years’ experience in Change Management process and operations.
• Strong working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or myTechExpress.
• Proven ability to enforce governance controls and minimize disruption across IT environments.

Functional Profile:

• Demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence through structured change control.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive approach to issue resolution.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
