We are seeking a strategic and client-facing Insurance Advisory Consultant with deep expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead and support transformation initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in driving user adoption, training, and communication strategies, while also offering consulting expertise within the insurance domain.
This role will play a key part in bridging the gap between business transformation and technology enablement, particularly within modern insurance platforms and is designed for professionals who excel in advising insurers on how to align people, processes, and platforms to achieve business agility and operational excellence.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior insurance executives, helping them navigate complex change journeys, modernize legacy operations, and adopt innovative digital capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic advisor to insurance clients, shaping and delivering OCM strategies that align with broader business transformation goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change impact and readiness assessments to inform large-scale transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Develop tailored communication and training strategies to drive user adoption and cultural alignment.
• Identify organizational risks and design mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable change.
• Support organizational alignment efforts and during transitions to new core systems and digital platforms.
• Provide domain-specific insights , latest trends and best practices across insurance functions such as underwriting, claims, billing, and policy administration.
Experience:
• 10 years of experience in advisory roles with a focus on Organizational Change Management in the insurance industry.
• Strong background in insurance consulting, specially within insurance domains such as underwriting, billing, claims, policy administration, or risk management.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with change methodologies such as ADKAR, PROSCI, or similar frameworks.
• Proven track record of successful business transformation and technology adoption efforts.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulations, and emerging industry trends.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with insurance core systems such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco etc.
• Prior experience in Agile and/or SAFe environments.
• Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) is a strong plus.
