Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. As a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services team, you’ll support the development and delivery of AI-driven strategies and solutions for leading financial institutions. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to help clients unlock value through data and emerging technologies.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Support AI Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the design and implementation of generative AI use cases aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Deliver Projects: Collaborate on AI and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable impact.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand business needs and help shape tailored solutions.
- Team Contribution: Work closely with managers and senior leaders, contributing to project planning, analysis, and delivery.
- Internal Contribution : Work with our Financial Services team to drive value internally through business development, people development, or other means.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in generative AI and financial services to inform your work and client recommendations.
We Would Love To See Candidates Who Have
- Bachelor's degree in Technology , Business Administration , or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of e xperience in da ta and AI in the financial services industry
- Exposure to AI, data strategy, or digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly—visually and verbally
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovation and emerging technologies
