Your Role
In this role you will play a key role in leading enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives using ServiceNow and Agentic automation across business and IT organizations. Drive strategic automation programs and mentor senior consultants. You will:
- Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization.
- Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals.
- Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions.
- Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation.
Your Profile
We would love to see a candidate with:
- 10 years in process consulting or management consulting.
- Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and Agentic automation.
- Experience with UiPath, Celonis and/or SAP Signavio.
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Prior leadership roles in consulting firms.

Salary : $155,000 - $190,000
